Ring of Kerry and Waterville Ireland

The Ring of Kerry, is a 179-kilometer-long circular tourist route in County Kerry, also in southwestern Ireland. 

Waterville

In Irish, the town is called Coireán, which translates to “little cauldron” or “little whirlpool,” a nod to the shape of nearby Ballinskelligs Bay.

The signs mentions the actor, Charlie Chaplin.

The legendary comedian Charlie Chaplin and his family visited Waterville in 1959. They continued to return for over a decade, and the local community embraced this connection. In 2011, with permission from the Chaplin estate, they launched the Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival.
